Nice beaches close if you need a swim in the sea, and Les than 150 meters to the Local foodmarket where you Can buy fresh local produce. The maisonette is made up from three stories with a small Living quarter in the lover floor, a sleeping area with own bathroom on the two top floors. A lovely balcony on the second floor gives you a Perfect spot for enjoying a drink while wieving the med in evening.

The hosts were warm, friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were good with homemade breads, Sweets and jams with perfect cappuccinos!! A very quiet neighborhood and can reach restaurants and waterfront within 10min drive.

Location is very good. Close to the city and the waterfront, but still quite calm for a town on the Cote d'Azur. There are quite nice gardens in front of and behind the house. You get a lot of space with three bedrooms and the two bathrooms.

The hotel is on top of the restaurant Bistrot de La Marine and offers a fantastic view of the beach with a balcony. The weather was more than 30C every day but our room was nice and cool with the A/C. Our host, Nico, and all the staff (from the hosts to the chefs in the restaurant) were super nice and attentive. Our room was refreshed every day by the housekeeper and there was a mini fridge in the room, good Wi-fi, big TV, and a comfortable bed. The room was definitely better than we thought from the picture! There are lots of good restaurants and nightlife nearby and a nice shopping centre 30mins walk in St. Laurent du Var. The area is not central, which was even better as we avoided the crowded city centre, but still had easy transportation links to central Nice (2 stops by train) and Monaco (30mins on the same train). Other than that, you can also take a bus to St Paul du Vence or take a day trip to Cannes and Antibes, but you might be tempted to stay on the beach: enjoy the clear water and have drinks at the beach clubs or coffee and sweets in the boulangeries nearby.

The residence is quiet and well secured. There is a gate with an access code. The aparment was very clean, the dining area has a charming view. The air conditioning was very powerful and effective. The only "disadvantage " is that you have to walk 20 minutes to go to the beach, but it's a great opportunity to explore the city. I definitely recommend it !

Holly, the manager, is a great hostess, it is very clean and the included breakfast at the big table in a family atmosphere is very good. The location of the guesthouse in the old town couldn't be better. In the evening you can hear the hustle and bustle of the square downstairs (no traffic noise, just conversations and some music), at night it is quiet.

Antibes city center is within 20 minutes walk. Also we found remote beaches in close walking distance. David is a great host, we enjoyed talking and drinking coffee with him.
