We loved the location as it was a wonderful escape and experience of country life but also close to the town and lake. The property was homely and exceptionally comfortable and clean. There was lovely attention to detail with the decor, bedding and bathroom products. The breakfast was wonderful with superb quality of local produces. The owners Sarah & Rob & staff were so helpful with recommendations regarding places to eat and transport.

The overall facilities at the bed and breakfast were amazing. Rooms were a decent size for a couple with a wardrobe and en suite bathroom. As well as a chair, double bed and room for cases. I do think this would be a struggle for more than 2 people (I do believe there is different sized rooms available if required) The hosts Heather and Craig were brilliant and assisted us with ANY needs we had including recommendations, help with taxi services (we were attending a wedding nearby) as well as supplying any essentials we had forgot to pack for our stay. The property was IMMACULATE! So clean and not a speck of dust or dirt in sight.

This is a great option for a large party. The house has five bedrooms on four floors. There was lots of space in the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a nice patio out front with a view of the park and surrounding hills. Good parking behind the house. The location is an easy walk to central Keswick where there are lots of dining and shopping options. There is a large supermarket a short walk away. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and well appointed.
