My room was very nicely furnished at the top of the house, large en suite bathroom. Breakfast - excellent menu. I asked for just a continental breakfast and was delighted to have fresh fruit salad, super croissants with cheese, yogurt, and excellent pot of tea. I found the location was ideal, and the guest house very friendly and welcoming.I will definitely stay again when next in Bexhill.

Number 46 is a short walk from the railway station and also from the seafront. We were greeted and shown to our room which was very comfortable, off the first flight of stairs and very quiet. It was clean and thoughtfully kitted out - a lot of thought had gone into the decor and comfort. There was a good choice of things for breakfast - individual fresh fruit salads in preserving jars, individually boxed cereals, beautifully cooked poached eggs, and good coffee. Checkout was seamless and we arranged to come back to pick up our bags later on the day we left.
