Very clean and comfortable. lovely couple were there to help with anything and we’re only a message or call away (they brought us an iron and ironing board). They also kindly left tea, biscuits, coffee and milk which was a lovely touch.

They have both been through a trying period of their lives yet their concern for our comfort and enjoyment of the property and facilities were without fault. The property is located in a picture perfect valley and has more than enough parking to accommodate guests.

Quirky and designed to make good use of the space available. Very comfy bed. Great location. Lovely sun trap garden with comfortable chairs. Used bike provided to cycle along the Tarka trail very close by. Highly recommend Squires and Siam restaurants which are easy to walk to.

Chris and Victoria were amazing hosts - above and beyond in reuniting me with my raincoat that I'd left behind. Chris gave good advice about eating options in town and getting to the trail. The twin room was comfortable and quiet with a good shower. The reception room and coffee machine were a real bonus and would return if I'm in the area for a longer trip.juliaGroup

The hosts (who live next door) were amazing, especially the 2 boys who spent a lot of time playing with our son. The house has everything you need and is comfortable and clean. The outdoor space and quiet idyllic setting really help you to unwind & relax. Also being so close to Braunton was really great if you need to pop out for food shopping. Would highly recommend and we hope to return back soon :-)
