A beautiful home to stay in, the host was very welcoming, helpful and friendly, and we were very impressed with the facilities. We really enjoyed using the hot tub and loved the sociable aspect of the shared kitchen and garden as we made friends with other guests during our stay. The self service breakfast was plentiful and we felt very at home. The prpperty is a short and straightforward walk into the city centre, we used this as our overnight base for a concert at the principality stadium (20 mins walk) and would definitely reccomend to anyone thinking of doing the same!

I only stayed one night at the Elgano guesthouse and despite arriving unannounced early in the morning was welcomed very warmly by the staff, who offered me to check in earlier (which I declined since I had an appointment). They were also kind enough to keep my luggage until I came to check-in later that day. The room itself was beautiful, very clean, with a spacious bathroom and enough space to store my belongings. The guesthouse does not have an elevator which makes it less suitable for people with impaired mobility. To everyone else I would highly recommend a stay!
