This family-run non-smoking hotel offers an outstanding base, both for the business person and traveller alike.

This quality establishment offers you a home from home in the beautiful town of Dumfries.

On arrival we received a warm welcome and smile, nothing was too much bother, even needed cable ties... which the hosts provided. After a long 18 months of uncertainty for the hospitality trade. This wee place ticked all the boxes and more. Brekkie hot and plentiful and wee bar on site for those with a thirst. Spotlessly clean and covid regs followed. Thanks so much. Marie and Eva.

Great location within easy walking distance to the riverside and town centre. Good parking right outside the window and a quiet cul-de-sac. Liked the kitchen and the fact that the host left some breakfast items and condiments, so could make a coffee immediately upon arrival.

Feels more like a luxury boutique hotel than a guest house. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room had everything one could ask for and it was very cosy. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide selection of different food options. The place is located close to the railway station and a walk to the town centre will only take about 5 minutes. I'll happily rebook it if I ever visit Dumfries again.

Colin was a great host and helpful with whatever we requested. Great location. A beautiful town full of character. We were only there for one night but could have stayed longer as there was much to explore. Colin cooks a great breakfast. We didn't need to eat lunch! Delicious. Would recommend this B&B.
