we loved everything about this place. what a treasure! we spent three nights, and during the days the great location allowed us to do drive to nearby attractions. the restaurant was superb as well.

It was a short walk from the bus station and the center of town. The keyless entry was very convenient and the staff at breakfast was very welcoming and kind. The breakfast was delicious! The house and room were very clean and cozy.

Couldn’t find fault in this gem of a guesthouse…a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast each morning served by one of the polite, friendly owners. The room was really lovely, clean fresh & airy. Free on street parking for our vehicle. Perfect location as just a short walk took you to the heart of Harrogate. Would definitely stay there again.

The facilities were outstanding. The breakfasts, the choices were amazing and were served very well. We had a problem that required a visit to a garage which Aaron sorted out for us very well. Overall an outstanding place to stay with brilliant hosts.

The breakfast was delicious. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and supplied with very good quality products in the smart bathroom. Lovely bath towels.... fresh milk for the tea making facilities... I couldn't want for anything - there was even a small refrigerator and an honesty bar for beer, wine and crisps. I think they had thought of everything - I even used the iron and ironing board!

Something for all tastes in breakfask menu. Great idea to have stepped time - agreed the day before - for starting breakfast for each room so everyone had personal attention. Food was great! Caroline and Nigel couldn't be more welcoming and gave really good suggestions what to see and where to dine in Harrogate and surroundings.
