Everything was great. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Wifi was fast and worked perfectly, and the hot water was great. The bed was very comfortable. Great location too, very close to the Richmond station. I seriously don't understand why this lovely hotel doesn't have a higher score on here, they deserve better.

Although small, the space is extremely well used, so that we never felt cramped. The kitchen was well equipped with everything necessary to make meals at home. Cleaning when requested, fresh towels and bedding etc. Not far if you're working in Richmond (it's walkable) and a wonderful quiet area, close to a big Sainsbury's and Kew station.
