The Pavilion Guest House is situated on the fringe of the Lake District National Park, and just 2km from the Cumbrian coastal area of Duddon Sands. Full Cumbrian breakfasts using local produce are served in the dining room.

It's like a home from home, and couldn't wish to meet two more lovely owners, Sherry and Colin. Nothimg was too much too much trouble - really comfortable room and breakfast ( along with chatting with Sherry in the morning ) was a great way to start the day.

We had such a great stay here! We used it as a base to explore the Lakes from - much less crowded and touristy, and everyone we encountered on Walney Island made us feel so welcome! The hosts at Victoria House were lovely and the room was exactly what we wanted: comfy bed, gorgeous bathroom (with a clawfoot tub to soak in after a big day of walking!). Will absolutely be back!

We had a really nice experience here in a lovely, clean, great specification caravan. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay just before Easter 2024, and loved the setting / harbour overlook and the surrounding area. A very nice Ski Bar / Restaurant too that served us with a hearty / tasty burger and chips meal. Thank-you for a very nice stay / vacation in this really lovely caravan, with great hosts that really care about your stay. :)

Good Coastal walk direct from the door step, We know the location and its approx. 20 mins walk to the local village centre with limited restaurants, particularly on a Sunday night

Great caravan, really spacious. I went on my own with the dog for 2 nights and loved it. The holiday park is fairly big but very quiet. Lovely walks close by. Had a small problem with the water and someone came straight out and sorted it. Host very quick to respond and friendly. Caravan has everything you need inside with a nice comfy bed.
