The hosts were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel is located close to several restaurants and a bike rental shop, which makes it helpful to discover the island. I would comeback here for my next visit to Isle of Man.

We chose the Guest House - since it was within 5 mins of walking distance to the Isle of Man Steam Railway in Port Erin. The railway was celebrating its 150th anniversary - so we were over for this special event. Port Erin is lovely, quieter, and feels more peaceful. Though the whole is quite laid back and friendly.

The Athol Park guest house is in a quiet location, but is also very close to facilities in the town and is also handy for the Steam Railway. The hosts are very welcoming, and an excellent breakfast was provided.
