Great location. The bus station and the beach were very close. Great restaurants nearby. I recommend checking out Little Italy. Loved the room. It was super nice and comfortable, especially after lots of hostels. Amazing price.

Good sized bedroom and comfortable and quiet. And although the hotel doesn't do (or claim to do) breakfast, there was a hostel style kitchen with bread for making toast and a few cereals which was unexpected and useful.

The guest house is very cosy we stayed in the four-poster bedroom which had a kettle microwave And TV. The host was lovely it was easy to get the keys for a room and easy key drop off on our departure. I would recommend the room that we stayed in as it had a beautiful view of the seafront. Great location for Sunderland centre and Seaham Bay areas (with a car). We had a wonderful welcome from our hosts who are so lovely and helpful. Lijie is so thoughtful and picked us some home grown blackberries one morning, It was quiet and peaceful at all times. Oh, and the food in the adjoining restaurant was delicious! We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
