The place was fantastic, we stay at this location for our friends wedding, we arrived quite late and Ross at the reception was fantastic and welcoming, there was a little confusion with the rooms but that was resolved quickly and efficiently, will definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Ware again in the future and good luck to your travels Ross

From arrival to departure the staff were friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of choice at breakfast which was tasty and well presented. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We requested a quiet room, which they gave us. Lovely, clean and spacious. Dogs are welcome and there is wheelchair access to some rooms. Wide variety of choice for breakfast included in the price. Excellent service from all staff. Will definitely stay again.
