Cannot reccomend this place highly enough! Family-run guesthouse on the outskirts of Batumi. Exceptionally friendly hosts, we got free homemade wine and food. We were also picked up at the airport on arrival and driven to the train station when leaving at no extra charge. After one night the owners asked us if we wanted to change rooms as the room with sea-view had become available. Rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a common kitchen shared by the 4 or 5 rooms.

Bathroom has a beautiful comfortable bathtub for relaxing romantic experience. Definitely a place to stay in Batumi! Thank you for a great weekend!

We could speak for hours. I felt like at home! The house is 20 minutes by walk, 5 minutes by car from the city centre and 40 - by walk, 10 - by car from the beach. There are a lot of stores around. It's a quiet place. It has everything you need for a nice stay in Batumi. The house is tidy and clean. Definitely, I will return here again!

I had the very large double room where the sun streamed in each morning. The house is in a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood about 20 minutes walk to the centre of Kutaisi. One suggestion: attach the shower to the wall and put up a shower curtain so the shower water doesn't flood the whole bathroom.

Great location and clean apartment! There are markets very close by, and everything we needed was walking distance. Taxis are cheap here so you can take it if you need to go further.
