The building is up a hill and just under 1km from the village. we were walking each day to the beach as it’s in the middle of an olive forest. The apartment was new and very clean with an amazing view of the sea and olives right from your bed and balcony. The owner is very friendly - we arrived quite late, but they had a person to stay and welcome us and . There was complimentary coffee in the room and a bottle of wine, which I found very thoughtful :). Really looking for our next vacation in Volos, so we can go back for a few more days :)

The host Alex went above and beyond to accommodate us, promptly addressing all our questions and potential needs. The last days of our stay coincided with a challenging period for Volos and the surrounding region, due to storm Daniel. We sincerely hope for a swift recovery for the area, and that in the future, many more people will have the opportunity to experience the stunning beauty and vibrant charm of Pelion.

The house is 100 years old, with very thick stone walls, but the interior is modern. It's nice to have your own beach which is never crowded. Jorgos and Magda are wonderful hosts. If you are looking for a "real beach" - the nearby campsite Sikia (100m) is clean and has deep shade. Kato Gazea is a very quiet place, not crowded and has several nice restaurants and a beach.

The apartment is spacious, the private garden is amazing and the private beach with crystal clear water was extraordinary! It is very quiet and you can hear the birds singing every morning. The hosts were really nice and always available in case we needed something. There is a bakery and a supermarket 10 minutes away from the apartment.
