Beautiful quiet place, located at the most comfortable sand beach of the Island, I the surrounding shops prices are a bit higher than in big supermarkets nearby, but it is compensationg with a price rent of the wheecle that you need to reach this big ones. It is an ideal place for a chill with family or group of friends. Special attention to the pool design and cleanliness, at all times the pool water was totally clean, no any strong chlore smell, the pool have a variable depth and 3 separate entrances so is perfect for a kids as well. Nice see wiew from the balcony. And a very polite and communicable owner.

From the very first to the very last moment of our stay, Andronikos guesthouse was an all-around treat and a cozy home away from home. The location is in a perfectly almost noise-free part of Kavos, with a selection of perfect diners within a couple of steps and the beach within a couple of more. Our toddler loved it, and so did we. As a family we have been going to kavos for years, my mum and dad have been visting 36 years total. We love kavos and the people. This apartment is Very central, as all you need and the owner is fantastic. The aircon is in the main living area however does reach all rooms. I struggled with the heat as im pregnant and need just a little something extra. Within a couple of hours there was a brand new fán left for me. They honestly couldnt to more for us. We will 100% be back!

Great studios in the heart of Kavos but away from busy and noisy main street.. Owner always there and willing to help if necessary . Clean linen and towels every couple of days. Good wifi. AC comes with extra price but was not necessary in June. Mosquitoes, a big issue but with some repellent on you and in the room and no problema . .Water pressure is good and hot water always available
