Excellent location near the airport and within reasonable driving distance to major beaches. The hotel has a beautiful view of the sea from the balconies with a sitting area to have a drink while watching the sunset. Convenient parking on the property. Very quiet as the hotel is off the main road allowing for minimal traffic in the area. Rooms included AC, mini fridge, panini style toaster, electric kettle, and roomy standing shower. Hostesses were very knowledgeable with current activities and cultural events. They were prompt, courteous, and accommodating. They exceed traditional Greek hospitality! Tasteful watermelon, spaghetti with meat sause, and fried eggs are some of the dishes that may be provided with advance notice.

Location was perfect- seemed almost isolated, so very peaceful, but only 100m from a beautiful beach and two great restaurants; a 7 minute walk to a bus stop; 20 mins to the town center, or 25 if you saunter casually along the gorgeous seafront. The hosts, a very sweet couple, kindly collected me from the port on my arrival. The terrace was huge, with spectacular views; and the gardens were full of fruit and vegetables: pomegranates, lemons, tomatoes, aubergines.....

Literally we loved everything about this hotel. Firstly the view from the hotel was just like wow… you can see whole city/sea view from your room and it was just stunning and breathtaking!! And easy to access to the hotel too. The receptionist, Athina was very helpful and always there for us. Although we had a lot of questions and favors, she answered all of them very clearly and it made our trip very smooth. Thank you so much for that. The owner was also very sweet. He even gave us so many vegetables which were just freshly picked by him :) We decided to book boat tour from the hotel as the price was not bad and eventually we enjoyed the tour a lot. The last but not least, the breakfast which was included in our stay plan was absolutely amazing. Not only the portion was big but also the decorations are pretty and good for your picture !! We’ll definitely come back soon !!!!!

Great location - close enough to Adamas but far enough so you don’t get noise from the town. The property is clean, modern and well equipped with everything you need, and there’s a nice terrace for good weather days. Lots of parking space as well. The host is also very nice, accommodating and responsive. Would recommend!

Amazing experience at Gazia Guest House! It's a great option for families. Great location, very nice and modern place, comfort stay but the best are the hosts: Juan, Nicoletta & Francesca you make the difference in every detail. Thanks for being so nice and helpful with us!! It was a full greek experience getting to know you. Totally recommended. Location in perfect for quiet stay, very safe. 10 min walk by the seaside to the port. Supermarkets, oil station and restaurants in the near area. Dimitri was also helpful with the checkin-checkout experience, with the pickup too.

Everything was at excellent . The garden is marvellous. We found in the fridge eggs from Errika hens :). Errika suggestions for beaches, restaurants and daily cruises exceed our expectation. The advise is to rent a car or a moto.

A lovely host (Avra) running simple (but comfortable) accomodation in a small and friendly village. Not for those seeking night-life (but then, would they be coming to Milos?) Avra Studios epitomes the friendly, relaxed ethos of the island. Seclude beaches, unspoiled environment, good food and friendly people are what Milos offers and, for a keen naturalist like me, it is what Paradise must have been like.

It is very quiet, there is no noise at all which allows you to rest very well. Best of all the kindness of the hosts and their attention. We were warmly welcomed with fruit, homemade cakes and water. Landscapes around are very nice , the place is very quite, no noise at all , the cottage is well equipped and you can eat outside in the shade and enjoy the terrasse . The owner is very nice, gave us very delicious figs from the garden and provided useful advices on places to see , activities , restaurants . A great place to stay !
