Booking was upgraded from residency to resort by the property manager and the location was excellent as we were sitting in the balcony for hours to watch the scenic beauty,perfect resort if one wants to relax and enjoy, even the residency rooms also were too good to stay as we moved to resorts after having a look at them, Excellent restaurant,very courteous staff, I recommend everyone to stay here if they happen to go to Ranikhet
