We were met by Maria. She was a little concerned that we might have parked somewhere where we would be ticketed, so she followed us out to the car to make sure we were ok. Nothing was too much trouble. A fantastic experience. In addition, the hotel is in a great location for seeing the rest of Alba.

Giancarlo was great! He met us in the square and saved us a parking space. He also helped us with our luggage up the stairs. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too hard for us. The kitchen facilities were useful. The bathroom was good. The terrace was amazing.
