The property: huge villa with 4 floors (2 of them yours), small park, fireplace, a lot of paintings on the walls, sculptures, authentic furniture and all stuff. Huge rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, dinning table in the garden. Hosts: highly helpful and friendly. Location: very cosy village in the mountains under the Lake Como. A lot of hiking routes close to the property.

The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The only thing you have to be prepared for is the way to the house... It's a really rough way but totally worth it :)

The apartment was a good size for a couple going away together. There was a lovely balcony and many windows with a good view of the river going into the lake. It’s a 5 minute walk from the bus stop either going to Bellagio or Como. The 5 minute walk also can lead you to a lovely bar and shop. There is also a market shop for food etc right outside the apartment.

I loved this place. I travel a lot and stay in many locations around lake Como (I am a wedding photographer and a travel vlogger). So I have been in many places, and this one is just perfect, if you don't mind staying in vintage village away from busy street. If you spend some time and have a walk around, you will find the village unique, truly rustic and old. Inside the B&B is like you are entering the XVIII century, but all modern facilities are there: car park, new and modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen.

great location by the lake in the quiet area, free on-site parking in the property’s private garage - can’t be more convenient than this. Breakfast is excellent too

Liz was an amazing host and welcomed us with the most wonderful spirit! The location of the accommodation is close to Villa Balbiano, in a tranquille town in Lake Como. The room had wonderful views!
