This was our favorite place to stay on our trip to Italy. The hosts were friendly and helpful, the room was set up nicely with snacks and water, and the beach was about a 10 minute walk. The room was airy and had great views, and we loved staying here.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful. The properties are all separate and ours had a separate kitchen bedroom and bathroom. Very prettily decorated with lots of furniture and ornamental items. Bedroom is fairly large and a comfortable bed. Recently refurbished and in excellent condition. Good shower. Fridge oven and utensils. Own outside seating area with large retractable sun blind, perfect for a quiet drink.Breakfast in sunny room. Not a buffet but plentiful and very good quality. Excellent coffee made to order. Lots of car parking. Owner lives close by.

The room is not so big but the pictures are more or less correct (except the view from the window, see our picture). Everything seems new and works well. It is peaceful in general. The access is easy thanks to some codes to collect the keys and the contact with the owners is fine. There is a parking (which is a great plus in this city) and the beach is 1 mn walk from the building. Restaurants and bars are numerous nearby.

Apartment is located at amazing place, with superb view and 15min walk from city center which wasn't problem at all. City itself is nice too, it was calm with a few tourists (which you wouldn't say about cinque terre cities just 15min by train away). The hosts are amazing, the breakfast is fabulous and the beautiful garden with the whirlpool is a quiet retreat of the City. The Beach as well as many restaurants, supermarkets and shops are within walking distance, which makes this B&B to a perfect mix between familiar and quiet accommodation but with all the benefits of an inner-city Hotel.
