Grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, coffee shops and restaurants were all within waking distance. This is a great base to explore the surrounding area. The apartment itself is fantastic. It is new, modern and very clean. Despite being located near busy streets, the apartment is very, very quiet. Natalie Cafe downstairs was the best. Everything you might need is available and would be great for a family who may want to cook at home. It’s spotlessly clean and comfortable. The host is charming and helpful and grandfather kindly brought us some lovely sweet and ripe figs. There is a very good restaurant a short way away - best pizzas. The location for the beach and further restaurants is excellent but you need a car or bicycle.

My room was well appointed, and spotlessly clean. The Hostess is charming, speaks very good English, and was very helpful with tips on places to visit nearby, local restaurants ect. The continental breakfast had a huge selection to choose from, with fresh brewed coffee. And a selection of Mamma’s delicious homemade cakes. The perfect spot for a stay in Monopoli. Really well equipped apartment, with lots of cooking equipment and ingredients (olive oil, seasoning) provided. The apartment itself is very nice, with a small but charming balcony and very thoughtful decoration. Tilde, the owner, was a brilliant host. She was kind enough to pick us up from the train station, and left us water and Prosecco as a welcome gift which was very kind. I’d highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Monopoli - it was perfect.CharlieYoung couple
