The view from the room was amazing. It’s located right in the center of Potenza Picena. It’s very peaceful and the owner was very nice. Breakfast is not included but we walked 5’ to a coffee place. I highly recommend this place.

The host was just amazing. He was always on standby, gave me 2 tours in Potenza Picena, a tour in Cevitanova and would not let me pay once when we shared a glass of wine or coffee. Location was amazing, room was lovely.

Quite a perfekt room for a couple of days next to the adriatic sea. As nearly always at the adriatic coast, you are very close top the Railway also, which is parallel to the coast. But the windows and doors of the entire accomodation are also new like the hole place and isolating extremly good. So it's fine. I had a good time there. Easy Access also and parking directly at the house.

We strongly reccomend visiting Montecosaro and enjoy the vibe of the village. Le Marche is an incredible land not well known by the rest of the world and il Castello just a magic addition to it.
