There were stairs (about 500) to beautiful city center close to the apartment. The apartment had a beach and safe parking assigned to it. I really recommend this place, I hope to come back there again :-)

The property is in an ideal position, amongst the pine trees a very short stroll from the centre of Peschici. There is gated parking (pretty rare in Peschici) and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Our room was large and comfortable.

The apartment is beautifully finished, the location in the centre of the town and in the same time quiet. We had two balconies at our disposal, the kitchen was well equipped and the view from the balcony was beautifully Italian:) If we come back to Peschici we will for sure be back to this apartment:)

The flat has everything you need for a family of 4 like us, we had a great time and rest there.

They welcomed us in person and prepared the flat to accomodate us and our 5months old - we asked for a baby cot which we got, but they even got us a baby chair which was perfect and quite a luxury in our trip in Italy. The flat is very big, spot clean and with lot of lights - it definitely looks even better than in photos. It's situated in a very quiet area, only 15mins walking from the centre of Peschici. 100% recommended!
