Okay distance from town centre, nice and big rooms for being single room, recently refurbished bathrooms, very good breakfast, helpful staff and very nice balcony with garden view. I've traveled a lot and this was one of my best stays regardless of location for small towns/villages.

The beds are very comfortable and location is a walking distance of a beautiful pebble beach at the very north of the Garda lake. 20-30 min drive from Limone del Garda beautiful village to lose yourself. We also.had a great garden to enjoy a good wine and the italian gourmets we bought from Lidl (very close to the accommodation).

The bed was so comfortable!! The host was very friendly and helpful, met us at the car park when we arrived and kept in contact during our stay. We would recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Situated in a quiet dead end road with alot of parking options, and just a short walk from the old town. Throw in some nice views views of the mountains around Riva del garda as well. We stayed 7 nights and will happily stay at this place again also next year

Very comfortable, incredibly clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Francesca was a very helpful and lovely host. We highly recommend this place to anyone. My wife and I have only one suggestion - it would be great if the balconies had sunbeds so that you could relax in the evening after an intense day in the mountains :)
