The flat was very big, modern and so clean, that you could have eaten right from the floor! Upon arrival we were very warmly welcomed by the the host, who met us at the car park, about two minutes away from the hotel. She helped us with everything, showed us around and even booked a table in a local restaurant that resulted in a free drink upon arrival.

Fantastic location and wonderful views over the lake. The room we chose had its own terrace and was very spacious. We liked that there were only 3 other guest rooms so it felt quiet but we did meet other guests and chatted which was nice. Great that we could go next door for breakfast. Our hosts couldn't do enough for us- Franzsicka went out of her way to help with the taxi when we missed the bus and offered lots of local information. She was super available and welcoming which made our stay even better.

A perfect place to relax and disconnect, just a few minutes away (by car) from Cannero Riviera, in case you want to swim in the lake, take a walk with amazing views or increase the options when choosing a restaurant to have dinner, etc. The breakfast was really good: tasty food freshly prepared and more than sufficient quantity. With no doubt we would repeat!

Leonardo's communication was excellent & he was very accommodating & helpful. The apartment was very warm which was nice after some heavy downpours. It is spacious with a very large terrace with views of the Lake. There are two or three restaurants close by which is ideal.

Well-tended and flowery front garden for evening sitting out. In a quiet little hamlet high on a hill above Cannero, close to Cannobio and Verbania for visits and boat trips. Locarno, Ascona and hikes in Swiss valleys very accessible. Charming hosts and Rene has fluent English. Highly recommend it.

Appartement is clean and all the stuff we needed was there. Location is fantastic in a calm and quiet village. However it was a sunny and warm period, inside the house it was remarkable cool. Renato is friendly and helpfull host. Great house for a great vacation!
