Everything is perfect! Ivan, his parents and their wise dog Mile are truly the greatest hosts we met during our vacation in Sardinia. The host Rennato was very kind,caring and made sure that we had everything we needed. Room and bathroom were very clean and smelled nice.quiet neighborhood and very good location. Room was equipped with wifi,towels,extra pillows,comfortable beds,fridge, coffee machine with capsules, coffee cup, Rennato had 1 bottle of water in the fridge for every one of us when we arrived. when we left we forgot a bag and Rennato tried to call but my phone was silent, he was nice enough to follow us by car to give it to us.

The room was clean and well equipped. the shower looks really nice with a modern shower cubicle. There is also a nice Espresso Machine at the entrance for free, of which we really took advantage :) To sum it up, we are absolutely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this property.

The hosts François and Sabine were everything you'd hope for in a stay. They were lovely people, who obviously take pride in both their B&B and in Villasimius. The room (double room with balcony) was peaceful, spacious and clean, the bed comfy and bathroom great. It was only a short walk to the centre of town, street parking was ample (they also have off-street parking around the back of the property) and the breakfast was the best we'd had in the 3 places we'd stayed in Sardinia. Well done to them and they're deserving of the praise and good reviews.

The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. It’s centrally located yet very quiet. We always found the last parking spot every time. So it wasn’t a problem for us but it can get tricky. The place is well furnished and we had everything we needed, except shampoo.
