There's also a large common area and free to use tea/coffee. If you want to cook yourself, they have a lot of stuff thats free to use such as soy sauce, mirin, oil etc. But they also offer dinner prepared by the host which feels like dinner at home in a japanese household, it was delicious.They also helped me out a lot by taking me to places by car. Directly next to small shopping area and plenty of restaurants. Very convenient place to stay in Karatsu. Hotel has drinks vending machines, a microwave in the common area and a very stylish, light-filled lobby on the 3rd floor to sit and even table space to work on a notebook. Very close to the castle and the beach, and the city center is just a few minutes away by walk. Most of all, many thanks to Sean and Ikuko who have been the nicest hosts, guding us through beautiful Karatsu and recommending fun and unforgettable activities and experiences.
