What an enchanting and charming place! The hillside residence is just lovely. The family that run it are absolutely delightful and couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. The shower is the BEST!!! The balcony where we had breakfast each day is also a lovely spot to watch the sun go down. There is an excellent restaurant just next door and it’s only a short walk to town. Perfect

There are many resturant around for eating. The guesthouse is in the quiet road,but very central Can, rente motorbike,book bus ticket,and tour to the plain of jars. Thank you king

Very friendly and helpful staff. The highlight sure were the two day tours with Mr. Souk. He is a top tour guide, speaks well english and is very knowledgeable about the area and its history. He is a very nice person to travel with and has a good sense of humor too. I had two great days with him and was very happy to invite him for dinner to express my thanks. Good memories will stay.

The fire that we sat around each evening chatting to Kong and the other guests was a highlight. But the best part was the plain of jars your we went on with Kong, he was a great guide and it was an amazing day. Fully recommend !

The common space has a fire to chase away the chilly nights in Phonsavan, with beers available for purchase. Mr. Kong and his family are great hosts and Mr. Kong is also a great tour guide. His plain of jars tour is very informative!

It was so quiet and beautiful. The host is wonderful , Bee Sipanya, provided us free shuttle to and from airport; he dropped us off to market and picked us up when we’re done. Do not forget to book the tour with this place, it was well worth it. We would recommend this place to friends and family.

While his English is decent, he is extremely enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. We did the tour of the 3 main plain of jars with him and it was completely worth it. The rooms are good value for money, and as it is located in a hidden street it is very quiet. 100% recommend!LauraYoung couple

Everything was clean, nice, working, and comfy, which is already a lot for the price. But Kongkeo guesthouse is more than that, the owner, Kong, is an amazing host, always happy to help, chat, share. Such a nice person, and a nice family, who welcome you like one of them. It is also a nice place to meet and share with other travellers. Do not hesitate : BOOK !
