Nicely situated, easy 3 min walk to a great breakfast spot, and close proximity to restaurants for lunch/dinner too; close to Hahei Beach or an easy walk to catch the bus that runs every 20 mins to the Catherdral Cove drop off. Perfect location for a relaxed break. Fun water taxi over to Whitianga which had plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The hosts were super helpful and gave us some great recommendations. Great location to pop to cathedral cove and hot water beach. Would love to return for another stop over.

Veronica was a wonderful hostess with her warm welcome and asked us to let her know anything we needed. Also, she had put together a booklet with info on local highlights, best beaches, supermarkets, restaurants etc. She left a bottle of fresh milk and another of chilled water in the refrigerator, so thoughtful.
