Having access to a pool is 10/10! Quick check-in and the facilities are great. The shower is amazing and inside the room, plus the towel is provided. It's easy to control the AC. We found out this is an independant room and acually it was a good surprise, as we thought we would be sharing the flat with the host. Susana is a sweet person - we have well communicated before our arrival, during our stay and the day we left. She was available in case we needed someting. For instance, I asked for an iron, she was nice enough to buy a brand new one plus an ironboard, and to leave if in front of our door. I can tell, this has been highly appreciated. Alvor is a very charming village, we loved the different restaurants and boutiques nearby. It's 10-mn driving from Praia da Rocha, which was ideally located to attend the festival Afronation. About the room: it was perfectly clean, beds were comfy, we used both the fridge and the microwave, and also the cutleries/dishes. In the bathroom, several towels and shower gel are furnished. An hairdryer is also at your disposal. I have no hesitation in recommending that place.
