We had a wonderful stay and can’t say enough good things about the kind and friendly family who run it. The family style home cooking at the restaurant was very good and affordable for our winter budget trip. It was close enough to town to walk to the elevator which goes to the higher part of the city center….10 minute walk with two little kids was no problem.

Paul and Sergio looked after us so well. Friendly and very attentive. The breakfast is insane.... Awesome cheese and meats and then breakie food too and cakes... Will fill you up until dinner. We ended up eating here every night of our stay too as it was yummy, convenient and we'd be knackered from hikes... Watch out for Gin Tonica... Its lovely and strong! The room is very comfy and warm, the bed also. Huge carpark. Big restaurant and outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine. Great location for a four day stay as there were 4 walks we wanted to do in the area. Torre is less than 15 mins drive. 110% recommend. We really loved our stay!

The staff we very friendly and helpful. Special mention for Nuno in reception and Luis in the Bar. Our room was very spacious and attractively decorated and had a had a great view of the town and the surrounding countryside. It was very comfortable and I gave to say that the food was exceptional. My wife and I had one of the best meals that we can remember, the venison was superb. The only negative I Dan think of is that secure parking is not cheap but there us very little space so only a few vehicles can be accommodated.
