To be honest I can't say how good esrablishment is. There was a glitch on the booking.com site, resulting in an overbooking. Still I give 5 stars as the host got me a stay at an appartment above a restaurant (Bella Italia Ponta Delgada)the first night because I told him I had to get up really early for our rental car. The other nights, I was at another village. Even though I paid for more than the other guest house was worth according to booking.com, I still think it was okay because the host was so kind and I really felt for him. He was so busy trying to fix everyones holiday because of the mistake booking.com made. A very kind person can make all the difference in the world. If booking.com hadn't made the mistake and I would have been in the guest hotel you are looking at right now, I am 100% sure it would have been amazing.
