A sense of calm and quiet to relax. you have to drive about 3km our of Portel on unmade road to get to the property which is part of a working farm . The room was a good size and furnished in quaint traditional style. Manuela was a lovely host and we really appreciated her flexibility for us to have an early breakfast on departure. Breakfast was superb .

But still in a walkable distance to restaurants and a supermarket. The swimming pool was very nice for the warm and sunny days. The owners are very friendly and we're happy to help us to call for some activities on the lakes nearby. The breakfast was also very nice.

Neat location close to the castle and city centre. Free parking on the square near the apartment entrance. Food truck with fresh products periodically stops at the square. In 5 minutes driving there’s quite big Intermarché supermarket that also features 24h wash&dry self-service. Friendly neighbours. The owner’s welcome and support are very warm and generous.

The house is quaint, clean, with a fabulous view especially at sunset. Area is very quiet, and bed very comfortable.
