Frederico and his family are amazing. They were happy to advise us on everything. Towels were changed every three days and her house is very traditional. The house is located in a picturesque town where there are not many tourists, there is no problem with parking and the local bar has the best Ponch on the island. I warmly recommend!

For me the best place to visit Madeira. Central to reach all the parts of the Island. And the place is so beautiful. Wonderful garden, the house is very nice and my room was so beautiful and confortable, recently renovated and all was so clean ! Very good breakfast every morning. And surf lessons were so great. This is an amazing place where we met such a sincere attitude of the hotel owner. Paulo is ready to help in absolutely any matter, tell everything, prompt and advise. You can take a map and ask Paulo about the places where you are going to go. It felt like visiting a friend and not a regular hotel. Delicious fresh breakfasts with fruits were a good filling to explore the corners of the island all day long. They also prepare freshly brewed coffee or cappuccino for breakfast. Paulo is a very-very kind and open person, because only a person with a good soul will still pay attention to local cats which also need to be fed. And only here we tasted a fantastic dinner on all Madeira, asking Paulo to cook sea bream with vegetables from local gardens in advance. It was adorably delicious and worthy of a Michelin star. The rooms themselves are always clean and pleasant, towels are changed every day. If something is missing or something is needed you can easily ask the owner about it and you will have everything - whether it be an electric kettle or mugs. There is a balcony from where you can look at the ocean or just relax in the evening. If you have an early check-out then ask Paulo and sandwiches and fruit will be waiting for you to go. We remember the time spent in this hotel with warmth and like so much communication with Paulo.
