Our room wasn't too big, yet we felt comfortable there. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. The surrounding of the building was peacefully quiet and we had a nice mountain view. Our host Zdenka was very friendly and helpful. She recommended the most interesting places to visit around. We had a really great time in Bled therefore we decided to spend an extra night there. We highly recommend this accommodation and wish more hosts were like Zdenka.

Pension Bled and our host, Necj, had all the elements required for me to have a great 5-star stay: -a comfortable bed and pillow -a room temperature that I controlled. -quiet -a very clean room, but without chemical cleaner smells. -the best breakfast buffet and coffee -a super host who helped us with train tickets, arranging an airport shuttle, along with advising us on local places to see and things to do. -a location that was walkable to all the things in Bled we wanted to do while being in a beautiful setting. We liked Pension Bled so much that we canceled a night somewhere else and went back to Necj’s!

It looks better than on the photos, especially the view from the balcony. Everything was as advertised in the listing. The neighborhood is also very quiet and the apartment has a private parking spot. The hosts were very welcoming and nice and they even surprised us with some local sweets. Also, big plus is that it's pet friendly and a fresh bowl of water was prepared for our dog when we arrived.

I was able to cook dinner for two in the kitchen area. A good sized supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Lake Bled is about a 15/20 minute drive, and Ljubljana is about 40 minutes away. Good location to explore from. Very relaxing, though quiet. Our host was available and attentive.

House seemed to me like old travel pub (what style I like) including restaurant on groundfloor with absolutely great host. The accommodation is placed on quite part of village, so you are not disturbed during night by city noise. The breakfast was standard – some kinds of cheese, salami, vegetable, ect.
