Very good starting point for hiking, biking, nature-visiting. Marika is very kind and informative. The rooms and generally the inner spaces are relatively small and very simple, a little bit old-fashioned.

Huge space with comfortable couches, fireplace, a warm bathroom (with extra floor heating). You can see the snowy mountain from the window. Our host was very helpful and attentive. Wifi was easy to connect, TV we havent watched. We went snowboarding to Jasna, wich was not close but still not far.

Everything was clean. The mattresses are comfortable, rooms are well-heated and insulated. Our host met us at the property, and he was nice. The location is a good base to explore the region by car, Demanovska dolina is ~15m drive, though it must be difficult with public transport. Value choice altogether.
