What a fantastic place! It was far more than we expected. The owners are extremely friendly and do everything to satisfy their guests, even if their English is not so good. We even got a breakfast, what we did not expect. The rooms are very clean, they all have air condition and we specially liked the outdoor shower, which also has warm water. The beautiful and endlos beach is just a short walk away and not croweded. Also in walking distance are many small restaurants and shops. If you are out for a quiet place, far away from noisy Phuket town, quiet and beautiful beaches, small local restaurants - then this place is highly recommended.

The rooms are simply decorated, but the whole place is very nice and clean. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Special thanks to the girl who runs the place. The apartment complex is quiet and there's plenty of space to swim or chill out on a lounger. The host was friendly and gave us the room information long before arriving so the check in process was smooth. The condo was in great condition, clean, private with a comfy bed and a good view from the balcony. Baan mai khao doesn't have any restaurants itself but there are several restaurants with delicious Thai food within a 5 minute walk along the beach front.
