The facilities are great and the owners are friendly. You definitely need a car to enjoy the Big island, but the location is Kona offers lots of advantages. There is a supermarket close-by, there are beautiful beaches at 15-20 minutes driving distance and the Kona harbor is 10-15 minutes away.
