This is an awesome place to stay. Everything in the home is modern, well-designed, comfortable and spacious, especially the communal area. The hospitality was amazing. The home cooked breakfast was not something I expected, but was excellent and I was helped to get onto a city tour with other guests before even asking about it. The bed was super comfortable too. The homestay is a little out of the centre, but is well worth the extra effort and is in any case just a cheap taxi ride away or there is also public transport right outside. Highly recommended.

The rooms are huge for the price you pay and it is in a quiet, residential suburb. Easy to grab a taxi outside to the city centre or airport but without all the noise and dust of the city centre. Just across the road is an excellent cafe and also a fish restaurant and a shop for supplies is just two minutes away. Very clean, friendly and welcoming. My private room was big and spacious, and common areas were large and well-kept, including both a beautiful garden and a combined kitchen/living area. The kitchen had all necessary amenities incl. complimentary cookies, tea, coffee, candy, etc. Bathrooms/showers were also very clean and everything worked perfectly. The host has created a true little oasis in Termez with this place.

In all my travels, Comfortable Home Stay had the nicest interior and common area as well as such helpful hosts that organized a fairly priced taxi to the archeological sites. It is so beautifully designed with a kitchen, massive TV, and even a guitar. This is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Termiz. I just wish I could have stayed longer!JaydenSolo traveller

Large rooms, clean bathrooms, great kitchen / lounge area. Having air-con (and taking naps during the day) helped a lot in this hot part of Uzbekistan. We were only 2 guests, but I can definitely see a group of friends or a bigger family stay here for some time. The host is living next door. She is a great person and helped me with arranging a driver and recommendations, one evening we went to a fish restaurant / farm together.
