The owners and staff were personable, they were able to give us tips on how to make our stay worthwhile and they were helpful in every aspect of our stay. It rained and they had umbrellas on site when we were leaving, upon our return one day it rained and we were met with umbrellas. The whole stay and experience is one that was well thought through by the owners. They were very professional and accommodating. Unknowing to them, my sister and I are senior members in major hospitality companies and we were both blown away by the attention to details, the impeccable customer service and the cleanliness. The decor was unique and artsy, I loved it. Thank you Dion, Juan and the team. This is will now be our preferred spot when in Cape Town, South Africa.
