The guesthouse was rather dated and tierd with motel type rooms, the staff were all very friendly. Nice location right by the sea and the quaint town of Nysted. It was very popular with the locals who had all booked in the restaurant for the monthly Friday night buffet.

Beautiful view (in case of room with lake view) otherwise view to parking! Quiet location, even though in the city Center! Bathroom seemed to be renovated! Breakfast was ok!

Staying at this charming apartment was an experiment we had hoped to get during our visit in Denmark. The house represents an old danish architechture and it is furnished beautifully and practically with an eye for details. The kitchen has everything and more to cook meals which you can have on the lovely backyard. The apartment is quiet and peaceful. You can park your car just in front of the house for no extra cost. The host is very friendly and welcoming.

The host was very kind. The apartment was clean and there was everything we needed. In the morning, the host drove us back to the airport Maribo. For Danish conditions, maybe, the apartment was cheap. Of course, the environment (we went to the beach of Rødby Havn by bus) was very beautiful (as mostly everywhere in Denmark). There where a lot of shops and supermarkets around (the hotel is located at the center of Rødby). I liked the decoration of the rooms, made by old clocks and parts of clocks.

The location is perfect for those who are travelling by ferry from Sweden to Germany. Very quiet neighbourhood and easy to access. A lovely house with a very friendly host/owner. Definitely recommended.
