The property is way better than it looks in the photos. Its beautiful, rooms are spacious enough and the host Momen was really helpful. Kids room had special themed blankets and duvets (Frozen and Minions in my case) and they loved it. Infact the host helped us order food and was very gracious to drop us at the Airport as there was a delay in getting Uber. There is a big pool though we didnt try it as it was cold owing to winter season. There is a sizeable garden area as well for kids to play.

Location is excellent, 2 streets back from corniche, can walk to anywhere in town. Came during Ramadan so quieter than usual. Check-in was smooth and Emad was a great host, very helpful for recommending places to go and eat during my stay. Good supermarket nearby. Outdoor seating area. Room was spacious, clean, good fridge, plenty of coffee, water and goodies. New fluffy towels. Upgraded to a suite, nice living room. Sea view and balcony. I'd recommend Adriatica for sure.
