Although I was not there much during the days because of tours and stuff, the evenings were nice. Staff was very friendly, smiley and helpful and cooked delicious food. Special mention to Eric, who got up in the middle of the night to ferry us to meet our tour to Tikal and also to bring us to the airport.

Stayed in a 3-bed shared room for 3 nights and had no complaints. The staff was amazing - so friendly and accommodating - made the place feel like home and were able to set me up with tours easily. The facilities were so clean and beds were comfy. Fans/ac at night was a bonus. Plus, the view from the roof were stunning. The little hostel dog was the cutest too. Overall, a very safe, quieter place in a great location - 10/10 would recommend.
