The Ring Road is a 30-minute drive away from Saudafell Guesthouse. The house was warm and inviting and cozy. The owners were lovely to chat with during breakfast and answered many of my questions about Iceland.

Location is awesome. We were lucky to be able to stay in one of the two separate cabins and we were extremely lucky with the weather so that we could enjoy memorable sunsets just right in front of the Kirkjufell . In my opinion the place is way much better from what you see in the photos. So if spending a couple of days in the Snaefellness peninsula consider Sudur as your best option.
