We had a balcony in the room (sadly they were just constructing a house nextdoor but that's not their fault). The place is close to the center of town but in a quiet area. There are some really good restaurants walking distance (recommend Jose Tagbilaran for local food, delicious and not expensive at all). We were able to rent a scooter from the owner for a very good price per day so we took it for 3 full days.
