Excellent place for a stop-over (as it was our case). Friendly and helpful host. Most grateful for his kind willingness to await for our arrival very late at night (to be more accurate very early AM !). Kids loved the two sweetest bunnies in the yard: "Sampon" and "Hugo". :) Parents enjoyed the cold beer in the back yard pavilion, the large comfy, spatious family room and the free coffee offered by the host. Recommend!

It was beyond our expectations! Impeccable cleanliness, modern furniture, all rooms have a view of the Danube. Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerators, two gas stoves, microwave, coffee machine (coffee on the house), toaster, spacious dining area both inside and outside. Boat trips can be made right from the location, meals can be served at the adjacent restaurant. The swimming pool is large enough, clean water, numerous deckchairs, barbecue area, fishing spot, pontoon. The hosts (the manager and his wife) are very polite, willing to help us with any request or problem. We will definitely come back for the view, location and peace!

I love Noah River House! The facilities are new, clean, and comfortable. The decks facing the river are amazing, and the view of the Danube was very enjoyable. We loved sitting out relaxing, and watching sunset and sunrise. The lady who checked us in was nice, and the common area was also very good and clean. Thank you!

A few miles away from Orsova, this property lies at the water in a small fjord of the river Danube. The rustical wooden cottages look very inviting from the outside and the inside. Well maintained and clean. Our cabana on the ground floor included a terrace, overlooking the fjord. Adjacent is an open room with a TV, fridge and a sofa. (the two upperfloor rooms offer river view, but no terraces). The room and the bathroom are small but beautifully done. Okay, the renovated bathroom is just my stile. The family-run business offers fishing, stand-up paddling, boat rides, freshly prepaired food throughout the day - from their on-site foodtruck - and nice areas to sit and relax. A quiet and lovely place in a picturesque landscape. If you love rustical, country-stylish living, simple (but tasty) food, fantastic hosts caring about your every whim … and a large and cuddly family of young cats (August 2021), don‘t you dare drive past this place … if you don‘t, move it, ha ha. Oh, some of the host family members speak, besides their own language, English and German. And one more thing … we stayed longer as planned and we were offered a newly built cottage, very well equipped, with as much privacy as your five star sea resort can offer. Fantastic! And, huuuhhh, yep, the property offers free WiFi. Cabana Ana … what else?
