It is great for family with kids and low buget having kitchen and all.

Located at the entrance in Poiana Braşov, Vila Diana - Poiana Brasov is 750 metres from Bradul Ski Slope and 12 km from Braşov city. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Both bedroom and bathroom were spacious, clean and designed in good taste. We visited in march, so room heating and water temperature were sufficiently warm (actually hot, if needed) to make us sleep and bathe confortably. Although pre-set, breakfast was tasty and sufficient to start a long day. Staff was friendly, welcoming and checking on us to make sure we had a good stay. Property has a good location, being only a few minutes walk away from Bradul slope (beginner level). They have a free, private parking for visitors and we were happy to use it (on a first come, first serve basis). I recommend visiting outside high ski season, as skiing is still possible until at least middle of march, restaurants and ski slopes are less crowded.

Vila Sorina is located in Poiana Brasov, right next to the Kanzel and Postavarul Expres cable cars. It offers ski-to-door access and is the starting point for hiking or biking in the forest. Free WiFi access is available, as well as ski storage. Privacy, convenience, cleanliness, access to basic kitchen (no stove, but there was a microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and a toaster).

Really nice bed. The staff is very helpful, the lady at the reception in the evening helped us with hot water for the milk formula for our little boy. A waiter in the restaurant - a respectable man - was very welcoming and polite. Breakfast was simple, but quality - fresh warm croissants, yogurts (even fruit yogurt for kids - a small detail, which makes big difference though and means quality services), cold snacks plate - cheese, salami, vegetables, also eggs, cooked to your taste, homebaked bread, butter, jam - you will not be hungry, for sure. The hotel has its own parking, which is also important when you are with kids and luggage. Overall, very very good impression

Pension Orizont is 1 km away from Miorita Lake, and the medieval town of Brasov is 11 km from the guest house. Nice rooms, warm, cozy, great breakfast. They are really helpful and nice. They called to check on us because we took so long to arrive (we were stuck in traffic due to heavy snow), they even gave us a shovel and a broom to clean our car. Totally recommend.
