Lovely views very beautiful, master bedroom and bathroom beautiful with coloured dome moorish style in shower . We really relaxed , had a family wedding to go to so plenty of space to get us all ready for our event . Well equipped everything was their that we needed. Loved the villa !!

The villa is situated in a great location with stunning views on the sea and the valley. We stayed there for a week and enjoyed seaview breakfasts and dinners on two different terraces. Actually, the villa has two floors, each suitable for indepent living as they have separate entrances, kitchens, dining rooms and bedrooms. Thus, a big family can enjoy the holidays being together and at the same time having their own space. Both terraces are really unique - the one on the first floor has magnificient sea view, while the ground floor has a bit less of a view, but has a pool access. Each terrace has a shadow part (the upper has a roof part, the lower - motorized shed), so you are less dependent on sun. Another great part is the back yard. We've stayed in March and evenings were quite windy (mornings sometimes too). We could have breakfast or just enjoy the day in the back yard which is protected from wind and much more comfortable during windy days. It has two different dining areas, a swing, hammock, meditation area and barbeque. There is also a parking space for two cars in front of the entrance plus one more next to the garage doors. We've explored the area around and found a number of trails with really unique views, especially on the other side of the bay. A tip: to get there you need to drive till the very end of Xabia seaside road (if you look from Villa). It ends up with a small parking. From there you can walk along the sea, partly the road, and then you get to a number of very beuatiful spots with forest paths and infinite sea views. The lighthouse area, which is 3-4 minutes drive from the house is also nice. One more small tip: we've found really nice restaurant in the area called Masena. It's situated in 15 minutes drive from villa and seems to be a top place lost somewhere in villages.

Lovely space, spacious and comfortable. Everything is clean and convenient. We had a short stay here but were extremely happy and satisfied. I love the space around here. The owner is extremely friendly and enthusiastic. I will come back here. Well worth it for you to experience with friends or family. ❤️❤️❤️

Communication is fantastic with Toni. They provide good instructions and are exceptionally welcoming. The apartment is located in a nice quiet area with easy free parking and walking distance to almost everywhere in the Javea "tourist" areas of the port, Arenal and even the old town. The grocery stores, bars restaurants, shops are all nearby. From the moment you enter the nicely renovated apartment it is a pleasure. Spacious, very clean and with ample indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen has most things you need to prepare nice meals, a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans. The two beds we used (single bedroom downstairs and master upstairs) were comfortable and the AC works very well which was nice. The bathrooms have good showers with strong water pressure. The complex has a great looking pool area (pool towels were in the apartment) and tennis courts although we didn't use them this time. Next trip to Javea we hope the apartment is available as we want to stay here again. 😊
