Excellent facilities and cleanliness. View over the harbour towards the mountains provide beautiful sunsets. Agaete quieter and more authentic than the South Island mass tourist resorts. Good seafood restaurants and good local Spar shops with large supermarkets 5km drive away. Friendly host provided good communication. Stopped for 2 weeks and host arranged for towels, bed linen and villa cleaning after 1st week; which showed good attention to what is important.

The location is great; very near the harbour and the restaurants. The breakfasts were good with an extensive selection of food. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return.
