Apartment was absolutely perfect, modern, clean, comfortable, well equiped, super location. As far as I can remember, the best apartment on Canary Islands so far (and I visited 4 of them). Nothing comes to my mind regarding what could be improved. I must say that the host was kind a gave us helpful instrictions a regurally asked us, if everything is ok. Definitely recommend, you can not choose better apartment on La Palma!

The owner for sure - has good eyes for detalis. La Palma/Canary Island style in the house. Nice patio and garden. Very clean. We have an apartment at Tenerife ourselves, and will for sure come back to Casa La Encarnacion again for more mountain trips at La Palma Island 👌 Thank you🙏

    Nice apartment with good quality furniture, very spacious, very clean. Good breakfast. Underground parking is convenient. Very friendly staff, we arrived late after delayed ferry arrival, reception stays open later to welcome you, or would arrange lock box self check in in the event you were arriving way too late. We stayed only one night as a transit point but could have stayed longer.

    Pedro is a very welcoming and pleasant host; we had no issues at all. He was always in touch and ready to help. The house and the plot are charming and delightful. The pool is very clean. It's important to note that young children should not be left unattended due to the pool and the unfenced terrace, but we were aware of this beforehand.

    The location is great and for the price everything is reasonable. Reception was well taken care of through a key safe, I found the house and my room in a very clean condition and the house is charming. Sink in the room is nice to have. I got a clean towel when I asked for it.
